Good article about Jay-Z and Illuminati/Freemasons. My opinion is he's a low level Mason and a pawn at best.Good for him.... Silly people thinking that they "run things" when really they are the ones who are being played.

World and Meditation Music Galore!!!!!

Recently I found myself yearning for some new music to not only meditate to but to fall asleep to. In this crazy quest I came about some awesome links to torrents filled with albums that are perfect for creating any mood you want. The "Music From The World of Osho" torrents are volumes with multiple albums. The type of music varies, some great for relaxation, some good for yoga ect.

I found some descriptions of some of OSHOS albums here to help you figure out what some of the albums sound like.When in doubt use Amazon search to get a feel for what the album sounds like.

Healing Addictions (and more) Through Creativity

The book "Creative Recovery: A Complete Addiction Treatment Program That Uses Your Natural Creativity" by Eric Maisel and Susan Raeburn is one of the most inspirational and useful books I own. I have always been fascinated by creative rehabilitation and it's many uses, so naturally I just had to have this book in my collection.

Being a creative creature isn't always so wonderful. It is often very easy for those who are creatively inclined to become bogged down with depression, addiction, and other mental illnesses when their abilities are suppressed or misunderstood. This book offers the reader the insight into the link between creativity and addiction in a positive voice and also sheds light on what it means to be creative in general.

One does not have to be Picasso or Beethoven to be creative. Creativity is not limited to the arts at all. One can be creative in business, problem solving, physical activity and so much more. This is one of the first points that is brought up, and I find it important that those who may not even see themselves as being creative actually recognize that they are.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who struggles with even the smallest of addictions. If I had my way I would make this required reading for those who are in the counseling field. Art and creation can save the most tortured of souls from the darkness that seems to run rampant in our society today.
